On the 9th September Joanne and Dave, became Mr & Mrs Beavers. The Wedding Ceremony was held at Park Circus and then onto Saint Judes Boutique Hotel for there reception. Saint Judes is located on Bath Street in Glasgow and is one of those places I’ve walked past a million times and never noticed it was there, What a hidden treasure this place is , giving me opportunity after opportunity for photographs with Joanne and Dave. Debbie & Ryan got married on the 20th August at Dumbarton Castle, Debbie had informed me that they would be arriving in Mini’s instead of the Usual wedding cars I’m used to photographing, this wedding was straight out of the Italian job, with 2 racing mini’s that were amazing!
It was my Pleasure photographing there wedding, there 2 of the kindest people I’ve ever met and i wish you all the happiness in the world.

On Monday 5th September, James and Fiona Cameron got Married at Brig o Doon in Ayrshire. It was my first time shooting there and boy what a joy the Venue is, not only are the staff 1st class but the surroundings are stunning.
My Day started at a Hotel in East klibride with Bridal Prep and then it was a race to get there for shots of the groom before Fiona and the Girls arrived, we managed in the nick of time!

So to get this Blog up and Running I’m going to blog about a few Weddings we shot this year. As this is all new to me its going to be a little random, and ill get some weddings on here, but in no particular order, I just want to show you what we do!
On the 6th August 2011 i had the great pleasure of Photographing Alan & Susan’s Wedding at the Eglinton Arms Hotel in Eaglesham,
Now good old scottish weather was at play this day and started out dry, but unfortunately changed just as we finished the group shots.Fortunately Alan & Susan had picked a venue that gave great photo opportunities indoors as well as outside(very important when choosing your wedding venue)
and as a photographer who has shot my share of winter weddings i knew just how to use the available light and also when to use supplementary lighting, to give shape and dimension.
